Think Higher Online Pre-Order Walk-Through

Having trouble making online preorders or figuring out how to properly register to make orders?

We put together this simply and straight forward guide and video to walk customers through online pre-orders.

We understand registering may not be the most easily accomplished task, but we guarantee once registration is completed that every order will be simple and quick.

Key Points

  • Think Higher uses the ordering platform IHeartJane. IHeartJane connects to Think Higher's inventory systems to display up-to-date availability of products.
  • Customers will have to complete 2 registrations in order to complete orders
      1. Registration with www.thinkhighercaregiving.com
      2. Registration with IHeartJane, which can only occur AFTER registrating and signing into www.thinkhighercaregiving.com

Website Registration

  1. Navigate to www.thinkhighercaregiving.com
  2. Select “Register”
  3. Fill Out All Required Information & Hit “Submit”
  4. Confirm Registration within Email

Website Sign In

  1. Navigate back to www.thinkhighercaregiving.com
  2. Select “Sign In”
  3. Input Information & Hit “Submit”

You will now see our homepage with a navigation bar towards the top of the page.

Once at the homepage, navigate to the menu bar at the top of the page.

  1. Hover cursor over “Menu & Online Patient Orders”
  2. From the dropdown menu select “Patient Menu”

Here you will be able to view our menu in full at all times. This is a current up to date menu, however errors may occur from time to time.

We will always be prompt to reach out as we prepare the order if any discrepancies are present.

Follow the next steps in order to be able to complete a full online order.

IHeartJane Registration

  1. Navigate to the top left of the menu within the page. Select the “Log In”
  2. Ensure the “Sign Up” tab is selected and fill out all required information OR sign up with Google
  3. Once completed navigate back to the “Log In” page.

IHeartJane Sign In

  1. Input information & select “Sign In”
  2. Once completed navigate back to the “Log In” page.

You will be brought back to the menu where you can now start adding products to your cart.

IHeartJane Order Process And Submission

Navigate through the menu. Products are automatically broken down by Category.

 Using filters you can select specific products by potencies, specials, brands and more. 

  1. After selecting a desired product and quantity select “Add to Cart” 
    1. The bar will now turn and now state “Added to Cart”
  2. Navigate back to the main menu by selecting the “X” in the top right corner. Right under “Account” to select any other desired products in the same fashion.
  3. After all products have been added to cart, select the “Cart” button in the top right corner, next to “Account”
  4. Review your order in full. If correct select “Proceed to checkout”
    1.  If any wrongly added products are in cart remove them by selecting the “Trash” button to the right of the product. 
    2. To increase or decrease quantity select “Edit”
    3. To add a product that is not currently present then you will proceed to navigate back to the main menu and add the desired product.
  5.  After selecting “Proceed to checkout” Fill out the following information
    1. Reservation Time
    2. Required Documents
    3. Birth Date
    4. Phone
    5. Form Of payment
    6. A Personal Message if desired
  6. Confirm Pick Up Reservation and you are now set and ready. 

You have now successfully submitted an order at Think Higher and now get SMS text messages updating the status of the order!
